Surah al-Ambiya’ Ayat 52 with English Translation

52. جب انہوں نے اپنے باپ (چچا) اور اپنی قوم سے فرمایا: یہ کیسی مورتیاں ہیں جن (کی پرستش) پر تم جمے بیٹھے ہوo

52. When he said to his (foster) father and his people: ‘What are these idols to which you are so devoted (in worship)?’

52. When he said to his father (i.e., uncle) and his people: ‘What idols are these (whose worship) you are stuck to, squatting?’

52. Ith qala liabeehi waqawmihi ma hathihi alttamatheelu allatee antum laha AAakifoona

52. Den gang da han sa til sin far (onkel) og folket sitt: «Hva er disse avgudsstatuene hvis (tilbedelse) dere holder dere fast til?»,

52. जब उन्होंने अपने बाप (चचा) और अपनी क़ौम से फरमाया: ये कैसी मूर्तियां हैं जिन (की परस्तिश) पर तुम जमे बैठे हो।

৫২. যখন তিনি তাঁর পিতা (অর্থাৎ চাচা) এবং নিজ সম্প্রদায়কে বললেন, ‘এ কেমন মূর্তি, যাতে তোমরা (উপাসনায়) মগ্ন রয়েছো?’

إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما هذه التماثيل التي أنتم لها عاكفون
