قَالُوۡۤا اَرۡجِہۡ وَ اَخَاہُ وَ اَرۡسِلۡ فِی الۡمَدَآئِنِ حٰشِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۱﴾ۙ

111. انہوں نے کہا: (ابھی) اس کے اور اس کے بھائی (کے معاملہ) کو مؤخر کر دو اور (مختلف) شہروں میں (جادوگروں کو) جمع کرنے والے افراد بھیج دوo

111. They said: ‘Let him and his brother wait (for a while) and send collectors to the cities,

111. They said: ‘Put (the matter) of Musa (Moses) and his brother off (for a while), and send out heralds to (different) cities to summon (magicians).

111. Qaloo arjih waakhahu waarsil fee almadaini hashireena

111. De sa: «Utsett (for øyeblikket) hans og hans brors sak, og send folk til byene for å samle inn (magikere).

111. उन्होंने कहा (अभी) इसके और इसके भाई (के मुआमले) को मुअख़्ख़र कर दो और (मुख़्तलिफ) शहरों में (जादूगरों को) जमा करने वाले अफराद भेज दो।

১১১. তারা বললো, ‘(কিছু সময়ের জন্যে) মূসা এবং তাঁর ভাইকে (এ বিষয়ে) অবকাশ দিন এবং শহরে শহরে (যাদুকরদের খোঁজে) সংগ্রাহক প্রেরণ করুন।

وَ جَآءَ السَّحَرَۃُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّ لَنَا لَاَجۡرًا اِنۡ کُنَّا نَحۡنُ الۡغٰلِبِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۳﴾

113. اور جادوگر فرعون کے پاس آئے تو انہوں نے کہا: یقیناً ہمارے لئے کچھ اُجرت ہونی چاہیے بشرطیکہ ہم غالب آجائیںo

113. And the magicians came to Pharaoh. They said: ‘Shall we receive a (suitable) reward if we are the ones to be victorious?’

113. And the magicians came to Pharaoh and said: ‘There should certainly be some reward for us if we overmaster.’

113. Wajaa alssaharatu firAAawna qaloo inna lana laajran in kunna nahnu alghalibeena

113. Og magikerne kom til farao, og de sa: «Sannelig, det bør være noen belønning for oss hvis vi seirer?»

113. और जादूगर फिरऔन के पास आए तो उन्होंने कहा: यक़ीनन हमारे लिए कुछ उजरत होनी चाहिए बशर्ते कि हम ग़ालिब आ जाएं।

১১৩. আর যাদুকরেরা ফেরাউনের নিকট আসলো এবং বললো, ‘আমাদের জন্যে অবশ্যই কিছু পুরস্কার থাকা চাই যদি আমরা বিজয়ী হই।’
(al-A‘raf, 7 : 113)

قَالَ اَلۡقُوۡا ۚ فَلَمَّاۤ اَلۡقَوۡا سَحَرُوۡۤا اَعۡیُنَ النَّاسِ وَ اسۡتَرۡہَبُوۡہُمۡ وَ جَآءُوۡ بِسِحۡرٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۱۱۶﴾

116. موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے کہا: تم ہی (پہلے) ڈال دو پھر جب انہوں نے (اپنی رسیوں اور لاٹھیوں کو زمین پر) ڈالا (تو انہوں نے) لوگوں کی آنکھوں پرجادو کردیا اور انہیں ڈرا دیا اور وہ زبردست جادو (سامنے) لے آئےo

116. He (Moses) said: ‘You throw.’ So when they threw (their strings and sticks on the ground), they deceived the eyes of the people and frightened them, producing a tremendous magic.’

116. Musa (Moses) said: ‘You throw (first).’ So when they threw (their strings and sticks on the ground), they bewitched the eyes of the people, and struck them with awe, and brought (forth) an extremely effective magic.

116. Qala alqoo falamma alqaw saharoo aAAyuna alnnasi waistarhaboohum wajaoo bisihrin AAatheemin

116. Moses sa: «Kast dere (først)!» Og da de kastet (sine tau og kjepper), forhekset de folks øyne og gjorde dem skrekkslagne og brakte fram stor magi.

116. मूसा (अ़लैहिस्सलाम) ने कहा: तुम ही (पहले) डाल दो फिर जब उन्होंने (अपनी रस्सियों और लाठियों को ज़मीन पर) डाला (तो उन्होंने) लोगों की आंखों पर जादू कर दिया और उन्हें डरा दिया और वोह ज़बर्दस्त जादू (सामने) ले आए।

১১৬. মূসা (আলাইহিস সালাম) বললেন, ‘তোমরাই (প্রথমে) নিক্ষেপ করো’। অতএব যখন তারা (তাদের রশি ও লাঠিগুলো ভূমিতে) নিক্ষেপ করলো, (তখন তারা) মানুষের দৃষ্টিতে ইন্দ্রজাল বুনলো এবং তাদেরকে আতংকিত করলো এবং তারা অত্যন্ত কার্যকর যাদু (সামনে) নিয়ে এলো।
(al-A‘raf, 7 : 116)

وَ اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلٰی مُوۡسٰۤی اَنۡ اَلۡقِ عَصَاکَ ۚ فَاِذَا ہِیَ تَلۡقَفُ مَا یَاۡفِکُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۷﴾ۚ

117. اور ہم نے موسٰی (علیہ السلام) کی طرف وحی فرمائی کہ (اب) آپ اپنا عصا (زمین پر) ڈال دیں تو وہ فوراً ان چیزوں کو نگلنے لگا جو انہوں نے فریب کاری سے وضع کر رکھی تھیںo

117. And We revealed to Musa (Moses): ‘(Now) throw down your staff.’ And behold, it was swallowing up whatever they had faked.

117. And We revealed to Musa (Moses): ‘(Now) throw your staff (on the ground).’ Then at once it began swallowing up what they had fabricated through deception.

117. Waawhayna ila moosa an alqi AAasaka faitha hiya talqafu ma yafikoona

117. Og Vi åpenbarte for Moses: «Legg nå staven din (på bakken)!» Så begynte den med det samme å sluke det de hadde framstilt ved falskhet.

117. और हमने मूसा (अ़लैहिस्सलाम) की तरफ वही फरमाई कि (अब) आप अपना अ़सा (ज़मीन पर) डाल दें तो वोह फौरन उन चीज़ों को निगलने लगा जो उन्होंने फरेब कारी से वज़ा’ कर रखी थीं।

১১৭. আর আমরা মূসা (আলাইহিস সালাম)-এঁর প্রতি প্রত্যাদেশ করলাম, ‘(এখন) আপনি আপনার লাঠি নিক্ষেপ করুন’। তখন তা তৎক্ষণাৎ সেসব বস্তুকে গিলে ফেলতে লাগলো, যেগুলো তারা প্রতারণার মাধ্যমে উদ্ভাবন করেছিল।

قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ اٰمَنۡتُمۡ بِہٖ قَبۡلَ اَنۡ اٰذَنَ لَکُمۡ ۚ اِنَّ ہٰذَا لَمَکۡرٌ مَّکَرۡتُمُوۡہُ فِی الۡمَدِیۡنَۃِ لِتُخۡرِجُوۡا مِنۡہَاۤ اَہۡلَہَا ۚ فَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۳﴾

123. فرعون کہنے لگا: (کیا) تم اس پر ایمان لے آئے ہو قبل اس کے کہ میں تمہیں اجازت دیتا؟ بیشک یہ ایک فریب ہے جو تم (سب) نے مل کر (مجھ سے) اس شہر میں کیا ہے تاکہ تم اس (ملک) سے اس کے (قبطی) باشندوں کو نکال کر لے جاؤ، سو تم عنقریب (اس کا انجام) جان لو گےo

123. Pharaoh said: ‘Have you believed in Him before I permit you? This is indeed a plot you have secretly devised in this city so that you may expel its people from it. Soon, you will know (the consequences).

123. Pharaoh said: ‘(Have) you believed in Him even before I permitted you? This is indeed a plot which you (all) have hatched (against me) in this city in order that you may expatriate from this (country) its (Coptic) inhabitants. So you will know (its consequences) very soon.

123. Qala firAAawnu amantum bihi qabla an athana lakum inna hatha lamakrun makartumoohu fee almadeenati litukhrijoo minha ahlaha fasawfa taAAlamoona

123. Farao sa: «Har dere antatt troen på Ham før jeg tillot dere det? Sannelig, dette er en renke som dere har smidd sammen i byen (mot meg), slik at dere kan drive ut dets (dette landets) innbyggere (kopterne) fra det. Men snart skal dere få vite (konsekvensen av det)!

123. फिरऔन कहने लगा: (क्या) तुम उस पर ईमान ले आए हो क़ब्ल इसके कि मैं तुम्हें इजाज़त देता ? बेशक ये एक फरेब है जो तुम (सब) ने मिल कर (मुझ से) इस शहर में किया है ताकि तुम इस (मुल्क) से इसके (क़िब्ती) बाशिन्दों को निकाल कर ले जाओ, सो तुम अ़नक़रीब (इसका अंजाम) जान लोगे।

১২৩. ফেরাউন বলতে লাগলো, ‘আমি অনুমতি দেয়ার পূর্বেই তোমরা (কি) তাঁর প্রতি ঈমান আনলে? নিশ্চয়ই এটি একটি প্রতারণা, যা তোমরা (সকলে আমার সাথে) এ শহরে করেছো, যাতে এ (রাজ্য) থেকে এর (ক্বিবতী) বাসিন্দাদেরকে বের করে নিয়ে যেতে পারো। সুতরাং তোমরা শীঘ্রই (এর পরিণতি) অবগত হবে।

لَاُقَطِّعَنَّ اَیۡدِیَکُمۡ وَ اَرۡجُلَکُمۡ مِّنۡ خِلَافٍ ثُمَّ لَاُصَلِّبَنَّکُمۡ اَجۡمَعِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۴﴾

124. میں یقیناً تمہارے ہاتھوں کو اور تمہارے پاؤں کو ایک دوسرے کی الٹی سمت سے کاٹ ڈالوں گا پھر ضرور بالضرور تم سب کو پھانسی دے دوں گاo

124. Surely, I shall cut off your hands and your feet on alternate sides, and then, most certainly, I shall crucify you all.’

124. Surely, I shall cut off your hands and your feet on alternate sides, and then, most certainly, I shall crucify all of you.’

124. LaoqatiAAanna aydiyakum waarjulakum min khilafin thumma laosallibannakum ajmaAAeena

124. Visselig, jeg skal kappe av hendene og føttene deres i kryss, deretter skal jeg visselig korsfeste dere alle mann!»

124. मैं यक़ीनन तुम्हारे हाथों को और तुम्हारे पाँवों को एक दूसरे की उलटी सम्त से काट डालूंगा फिर ज़रूर बिज़ ज़रूर तुम सबको फांसी दे दूंगा।

১২৪. অবশ্যই আমি তোমাদের হাত ও পা একটি অপরটির বিপরীত দিক থেকে কেটে ফেলবো, অতঃপর অবশ্য অবশ্যই তোমাদের সবাইকে শুলে চড়াবো।'
(al-A‘raf, 7 : 124)

وَ مَا تَنۡقِمُ مِنَّاۤ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ اٰمَنَّا بِاٰیٰتِ رَبِّنَا لَمَّا جَآءَتۡنَا ؕ رَبَّنَاۤ اَفۡرِغۡ عَلَیۡنَا صَبۡرًا وَّ تَوَفَّنَا مُسۡلِمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۶﴾٪

126. اور تمہیں ہمارا کون سا عمل برا لگا ہے؟ صرف یہی کہ ہم اپنے رب کی (سچی) نشانیوں پر ایمان لے آئے ہیں جب وہ ہمارے پاس پہنچ گئیں۔ اے ہمارے رب! تو ہم پر صبر کے سرچشمے کھول دے اور ہم کو (ثابت قدمی سے) مسلمان رہتے ہوئے (دنیا سے) اٹھالےo

126. And you are vindictive towards us only because we have believed in the signs of our Lord when they came to us (clearly).’ ‘Our Lord! Shower upon us patience and grant us to die as Muslims (i.e. those who submit to Allah).’

126. And which of our acts has annoyed you, except that we have believed in the (true) signs of our Lord when they reached us? O our Lord! Gush on us torrents of patience and lift us (from the world) as (steadfast) Muslims.’

126. Wama tanqimu minna illa an amanna biayati rabbina lamma jaatna rabbana afrigh AAalayna sabran watawaffana muslimeena

126. Og hvilken av våre handlinger har du mislikt, kun det at vi har antatt troen på vår Herres (sanne) tegn da de nådde oss? Herren vår! Øs over oss en strøm av tålmodighet, og løft oss opp (fra verden) som (standhaftige) muslimer!»

126. और तुम्हें हमारा कौन सा अ़मल बुरा लगा है? सिर्फ येही कि हम अपने रब की (सच्ची) निशानियों पर ईमान ले आए हैं, जब वोह हमारे पास पहुंच गईं। ऐ हमारे रब! तू हम पर सब्र के सरचश्मे खोल दे और हम को (साबित क़दमी से) मुसलमान रहते हुऐ (दुन्या से) उठा ले।

১২৬. আর আমাদের কোন্ কাজ তোমার কাছে মন্দ লেগেছে? কেবল এ যে, আমাদের প্রতিপালকের (সত্য) নিদর্শনাবলী যখন আমাদের নিকট এসেছে তখন আমরা তাঁর প্রতি ঈমান আনয়ন করেছি। হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! আমাদের উপর ধৈর্যের ঝরনাধারা খুলে দাও এবং আমাদেরকে (ধৈর্যশীল) মুসলমান হিসেবে (দুনিয়া থেকে) উঠিয়ে নাও।’
(al-A‘raf, 7 : 126)
