Surah al-Jinn Ayat 8 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَّ اَنَّا لَمَسۡنَا السَّمَآءَ فَوَجَدۡنٰہَا مُلِئَتۡ حَرَسًا شَدِیۡدًا وَّ شُہُبًا ۙ﴿۸﴾

8. اور یہ کہ ہم نے آسمانوں کو چھوا، اور انہیں سخت پہرہ داروں اور (اَنگاروں کی طرح) جلنے اور چمکنے والے ستاروں سے بھرا ہوا پایاo

8. We tried to reach heaven (for news) but found it filled with mighty guards and shooting flames.

8. And that we touched the heavens and found them filled with high-alert guards and stars shining and burning (like brands).

8. Waanna lamasna alssamaa fawajadnaha muliat harasan shadeedan washuhuban

8. Og vi rørte himmelen, vi fant den fylt av strenge voktere og skinnende, brennende stjerner (som ildkuler).

8. और ये कि हमने आस्मानों को छुवा, और उन्हें सख़्त पहरेदारों और (अंगारों की तरह) जलने और चमकने वाले सितारों से भरा हुआ पाया।

৮. আর এ যে, আমরা আকাশ স্পর্শ করেছি, অতঃপর দেখতে পেয়েছি কঠোর প্রহরী এবং (অঙ্গারের ন্যায়) প্রজ্বলিত উল্কাপিন্ড দ্বারা তা পরিপূর্ণ।
(al-Jinn, 72 : 8)
