اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ کَانُوۡا یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ ۬ۙ اَئِذَا مِتۡنَا وَ کُنَّا تُرَابًا وَّ عِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوۡثُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۷﴾

47. اور کہا کرتے تھے کہ کیا جب ہم مر جائیں گے اور ہم خاک (کا ڈھیر) اور (بوسیدہ) ہڈیاں ہو جائیں گے تو کیا ہم (پھر زندہ کر کے) اٹھائے جائیں گےo

47. And they used to say: ‘When we are dead and become (a heap of) dust and (decomposed bones), shall we then be raised up (alive again)?

47. Wakanoo yaqooloona aitha mitna wakunna turaban waAAithaman ainna lamabAAoothoona

47. og de pleide å si: «Når vi er døde og blir jord og (oppråtnede) bein, vil vi da virkelig bli gjenoppvekket (til live på nytt)?

47. और कहा करते थे कि क्या जब हम मर जाएंगे और हम ख़ाक (का ढेर) और (बोसीदा) हडि्डयां हो जाएंगे तो क्या हम (फिर ज़िन्दा करके) उठाए जाएंगे।

৪৭. আর তারা বলতো, ‘যখন আমরা মরে যাবো এবং পরিণত হবো মৃত্তিকায় ও (পঁচা) অস্থিতে, তখনো কি আমাদেরকে (পুনরায়) উত্থিত করা হবে?
(al-Waqiah, 56 : 47)
