اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ جَعَلَہَا کَلِمَۃًۢ بَاقِیَۃً فِیۡ عَقِبِہٖ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَرۡجِعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

28. اور ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) نے اس (کلمۂ توحید) کو اپنی نسل و ذریّت میں باقی رہنے والا کلمہ بنا دیا تاکہ وہ (اللہ کی طرف) رجوع کرتے رہیںo

28. And Ibrahim (Abraham) made that (formula of the Oneness of Allah) the lasting word amongst his descendants and race so that they may remain bent (towards Allah).

28. WajaAAalaha kalimatan baqiyatan fee AAaqibihi laAAallahum yarjiAAoona

28. Og han gjorde den (formelen for bekjennelse av troen på Allahs Enhet) til et evigvarende ord blant sine etterkommere, slik at de måtte holde seg vendt i anger (mot Allah).

28. और इब्राहीम (अ़लैहिस्सलाम ने उस कलिमए तौहीद) को अपनी नस्लो जु़र्रिय्यत में बाक़ी रहने वाला कलिमा बना दिया ताकि वोह (अल्लाह की तरफ) रुजूअ़ करते रहें।

২৮. আর ইবরাহীম (আলাইহিস সালাম তাওহীদের এ মতাদর্শকে) তাঁর বংশধর ও সন্তান-সন্ততির মাঝে স্থায়ী বাণীরূপে রেখে গেছেন, যাতে তারা (আল্লাহ্‌র দিকে) প্রত্যাবর্তন করে।
