یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوۡا رَبَّکُمۡ وَ اخۡشَوۡا یَوۡمًا لَّا یَجۡزِیۡ وَالِدٌ عَنۡ وَّلَدِہٖ ۫ وَ لَا مَوۡلُوۡدٌ ہُوَ جَازٍ عَنۡ وَّالِدِہٖ شَیۡئًا ؕ اِنَّ وَعۡدَ اللّٰہِ حَقٌّ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّکُمُ الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَا ٝ وَ لَا یَغُرَّنَّکُمۡ بِاللّٰہِ الۡغَرُوۡرُ ﴿۳۳﴾

33. اے لوگو! اپنے رب سے ڈرو، اور اس دن سے ڈرو جس دن کوئی باپ اپنے بیٹے کی طرف سے بدلہ نہیں دے سکے گا اور نہ کوئی ایسا فرزند ہوگا جو اپنے والد کی طرف سے کچھ بھی بدلہ دینے والا ہو، بیشک اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے سو دنیا کی زندگی تمہیں ہرگز دھوکہ میں نہ ڈال دے، اور نہ ہی فریب دینے والا (شیطان) تمہیں اللہ کے بارے میں دھوکہ میں ڈال دےo

33. O people! Be conscious of your Lord and fear the day when no parent shall be able to expiate for his child, nor will a child be able to expiate for its parent in any way. Indeed, Allah’s promise is true. So let not the life of this world deceive you, nor let the Arch-Deceiver (Satan) deceive you about Allah.

33. O people! Fear your Lord and fear that Day when no father will be able to expiate for his son, nor will a son be able to atone for his father. Surely, the promise of Allah is true. So let not the worldly life deceive you, nor let the Arch-Deceiver (Satan) deceive you concerning Allah.

33. Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqoo rabbakum waikhshaw yawman la yajzee walidun AAan waladihi wala mawloodun huwa jazin AAan walidihi shayan inna waAAda Allahi haqqun fala taghurrannakumu alhayatu alddunya wala yaghurrannakum biAllahi algharooru

33. Å, dere mennesker! Frykt Herren deres, og frykt den dag da ingen far kan unngjelde for sin sønn og ingen sønn vil kunne unngjelde for sin far i det hele tatt. Sannelig, Allahs løfte er sant! Så måtte jordelivet aldri bedra dere, og måtte heller ikke bedrageren (Satan) bedra dere om Allah.

33. ऐ लोगो! अपने रब से डरो, और उस दिन से डरो जिस दिन कोई बाप अपने बेटे की तरफ से बदला नहीं दे सकेगा और न कोई ऐसा फरज़न्द होगा जो अपने वालिद की तरफ से कुछ भी बदला देने वाला हो, बेशक अल्लाह का वादा सच्चा है सो दुन्या की ज़िन्दगी तुम्हें हर्गिज़ धोके में न डाल दे और न ही फरेब देने वाला (शैतान) तुम्हें अल्लाह के बारे में धोके में डाल दे।

৩৩. হে মানুষ! তোমাদের প্রতিপালককে ভয় করো। আর সেদিনের ভয় করো যেদিন না কোনো পিতা নিজ পুত্রের প্রায়শ্চিত্ত করতে পারবে, আর না কোনো পুত্র নিজ পিতার পক্ষে প্রায়শ্চিত্ত করতে পারবে। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্‌র অঙ্গীকার সত্য। সুতরাং পার্থিব জীবন তোমাদেরকে যেন কখনো ধোঁকায় পতিত না করে এবং প্রতারণা দানকারী (শয়তান) তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহ্‌র ব্যাপারে প্রবঞ্চিত না করে।
(لُقْمَان، 31 : 33)
