اِنَّہٗ لَقَوۡلُ رَسُوۡلٍ کَرِیۡمٍ ﴿ۚۙ۴۰﴾

40. بے شک یہ (قرآن) بزرگی و عظمت والے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا (منزّل من اللہ) فرمان ہے، (جسے وہ رسالۃً اور نیابۃً بیان فرماتے ہیں)o

40. Assuredly, this (Qur’an) is the (God-sent) commandment of the Exalted and Glorious Messenger ([blessings and peace be upon him] which he expounds as a Messenger and as a Vicegerent).

40. Innahu laqawlu rasoolin kareemin

40. sannelig, den (Koranen) er et opphøyd Sendebuds (ﷺ) tale (nedsendt fra Allah, som Budbringeren ﷺ klargjør som et sendebud og en forvalter)!

40. बेशक ये (क़ुरआन) बुज़ुर्गीओ अ़ज़मत वाले रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अ़लैहि व सल्लम) का (मुनज़्ज़ल मिनल्लाह) फरमान है, (जिसे वोह रिसालतन और नियाबतन बयान फरमाते हैं) ।

৪০. নিশ্চয়ই এ (কুরআন আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট থেকে অবতীর্ণ) সম্মানিত ও মহান রাসূল (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লাম)-এঁর বাণী (যা তিনি রাসূল এবং প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে বর্ণনা করেন)।
