اِنَّمَا جَزٰٓؤُا الَّذِیۡنَ یُحَارِبُوۡنَ اللّٰہَ وَ رَسُوۡلَہٗ وَ یَسۡعَوۡنَ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ فَسَادًا اَنۡ یُّقَتَّلُوۡۤا اَوۡ یُصَلَّبُوۡۤا اَوۡ تُقَطَّعَ اَیۡدِیۡہِمۡ وَ اَرۡجُلُہُمۡ مِّنۡ خِلَافٍ اَوۡ یُنۡفَوۡا مِنَ الۡاَرۡضِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ لَہُمۡ خِزۡیٌ فِی الدُّنۡیَا وَ لَہُمۡ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ عَذَابٌ عَظِیۡمٌ ﴿ۙ۳۳﴾
33. بیشک جو لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے جنگ کرتے ہیں اور زمین میں فساد انگیزی کرتے پھرتے ہیں (یعنی مسلمانوں میں خوں ریزی، رہزنی، ڈاکہ زنی، دہشت گردی اور قتلِ عام کے مرتکب ہوتے ہیں) ان کی سزا یہی ہے کہ وہ قتل کئے جائیں یا پھانسی دیئے جائیں یا ان کے ہاتھ اور ان کے پاؤں مخالف سمتوں سے کاٹے جائیں یا (وطن کی) زمین (میں چلنے پھرنے) سے دور (یعنی ملک بدر یاقید) کر دیئے جائیں۔ یہ (تو) ان کے لئے دنیا میں رسوائی ہے اور ان کے لئے آخرت میں (بھی) بڑا عذاب ہےo
33. Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and try to cause corruption (and disorder) in the land (by perpetrating robbery, bloodshed and terrorism) is that they should be (lawfully) awarded capital punishment, or they should be crucified, or their hands and feet should be (lawfully) struck off from opposite sides, or they should be (lawfully) imprisoned (or banished from the land). That is their disgrace in this world, and there is a terrible punishment for them in the Hereafter.
33. Indeed, those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and remain engaged in creating mischief in the land (i.e., perpetrate bloodshed, terrorism, robbery, burglary and massacre amongst Muslims), their punishment is that they should be slain, or hanged to death, or their hands and their feet on opposite sides should be cut off, or they should be exiled far from (i.e., deprived of moving about in) the homeland (i.e., either by banishment or by imprisonment). That is the humiliation for them in this world, and for them there is a terrible torment in the Hereafter (as well),
33. Innama jazao allatheena yuhariboona Allaha warasoolahu wayasAAawna fee alardi fasadan an yuqattaloo aw yusallaboo aw tuqattaAAa aydeehim waarjuluhum min khilafin aw yunfaw mina alardi thalika lahum khizyun fee alddunya walahum fee alakhirati AAathabun AAatheemun
33. Sannelig, straffen for dem som kjemper mot Allah og Sendebudet Hans (ﷺ) og vandrer rundt og anstifter ufred på jorden (begår blodsutgytelse, forøver terrorisme, plyndring), er at de blir drept eller hengt, eller at hendene deres og føttene deres blir kappet av kryssvis, eller at de blir forvist fra landet (eller fanget for ikke å kunne bevege seg fritt i landet). Dette er en nedverdigelse for dem på jorden, og i det hinsidige er det en svær pine for dem,
33. बेशक जो लोग अल्लाह और उसके रसूल से जंग करते हैं और ज़मीन में फसाद अंगेज़ी करते फिरते हैं (यानी मुसलमानों में खूंरेजी़, रहज़नी, डाकाज़नी, दहशत गर्दी और क़त्लेआ़म के मुर्तकिब होते हैं) उनकी सज़ा येही है कि वोह क़त्ल किए जाएं या फांसी दिए जाएं या उनके हाथ और उनके पांव मुख़ालिफ सम्तों से काटे जाएं या (वतन की) ज़मीन (में चलने फिरने) से दूर (यानी मुल्क बदर या कै़द) कर दिए जाएं। ये (तो) उनके लिए दुन्या में रुस्वाई है और उनके लिए आख़िरत में (भी) बड़ा अ़ज़ाब है।
৩৩. নিশ্চয়ই যারা আল্লাহ্ ও তাঁর রাসূল (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লাম)-এঁর বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করে এবং পৃথিবীতে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করে বেড়ায় (অর্থাৎ মুসলমানদের মাঝে সন্ত্রাস, ছিনতাই, চৌর্যবৃত্তি ও অন্যান্য অপরাধে লিপ্ত হয়), তবে তাদের শাস্তি এই যে, তাদেরকে হত্যা করা হবে অথবা ফাঁসি দেয়া হবে অথবা তাদের হাত ও পা উল্টো দিক থেকে কেটে দেয়া হবে অথবা দেশ থেকে নির্বাসিত (অথবা বন্দী) করা হবে। এটা (তো) তাদের জন্যে দুনিয়াতে লাঞ্ছনা, আর তাদের জন্যে পরকালেও রয়েছে কঠোর শাস্তি।
إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم
